Service Team Associate

We're seeking a highly motivated and friendly Service Team Associate to join our team at Panda Express. As a Service Team Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional dining experiences to guests by greeting them, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store, including the kitchen and dining areas.
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and may work at different positions, including the front counter, drive-through, or kitchen.
- Work effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun and positive environment.

Our kitchen environment can be hot and noisy, with limited storage space and high shelving. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have effective verbal communication skills, and be able to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts.
