Banquet Server

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to provide exceptional table service and hospitality to our banquet guests at Punderson Manor Lodge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and serving events, from weddings to birthday parties and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in a fast-paced banquet environment
• Take food and beverage orders and serve them accurately with all details and accompaniments
• Represent the hotel and property in a professional manner when interacting with guests and industry organizations
• Work effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless event execution
• Learn and maintain proper Health Department standards and codes
• Learn and maintain proper food, bar, and wine menu knowledge
• Communicate customer needs and resolve complaints independently

Requirements:

• No prior experience required - we will provide comprehensive training
• Ability to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently during the workday and use stairs frequently
• Ability to read and write basic English
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
