Job Summary

As a Beauty Advisor at Belk, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and product knowledge. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience and are satisfied with their purchases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain floor and stock areas consistent with store standards in presentation and hygiene requirements
  • Unpack new merchandise in a timely manner and store it in a way that does not obstruct customer access
  • Ensure timely set up of promotional events, including signage and displays
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to make recommendations to customers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
