We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at FusionTech. As a Sales Associate - Dairy Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness in the dairy department
  • Manage pricing and assortment effectively, implementing national sales concepts
  • Develop and implement measures to inspire customers to purchase our products
  • Provide competent advice and courteous service to customers
  • Monitor and control cost and sales development, as well as regular inventories and merchandise planning
Requirements
  • Commercial apprenticeship or professional experience in retail, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills
  • Team spirit and sense of responsibility
  • Willingness to learn new things and adapt to changing situations
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
