Salary and Benefits

As a licensed talk therapist at Thriveworks, you can earn up to $57,200 per year, depending on your licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Job Description

We are seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Noblesville, IN. As a mental health professional at Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you must have one of the following independent licenses in Indiana:

  • LCSW or LMFT or LMHC
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing. Additionally, we require individuals who are willing to see a minimum of 15 sessions per week, strong character with integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care, self-guided determination to complete notes inside of 24 hours, and a true partnership mindset.
