We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will assess and treat patients, developing personalized plans to achieve specific physical therapy goals. Collaboration with the Physical Therapist team ensures optimal patient progress.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' physical abilities and create individualized treatment plans
Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function
Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for home management
Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care

Qualifications

Physical Therapist (PT) License
BLS Certifications
Two years of recent Physical Therapist experience
Strong communication and adaptability skills
