Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Executive Recruiters in finding, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a high-energy team.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule interviews for Executive Recruiters and clients
- Support Executive Recruiters in finding, recruiting, and hiring top talent for clients
- Conduct market research for current and prospective clients
- Enter data into candidate and client databases
- Outreach to clients and candidates on behalf of Executive Recruiters
- Assist in developing a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Collaborate with management to analyze and forecast staffing needs and strategies
- Prepare and review service contracts and agreements for clients and candidates
- Work closely with sales and operations personnel to maintain an integrated team approach
- Self-starter with a strong initiative
- Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Word and Excel, with the ability to create and manipulate advanced formulas and reformat documents
- Ability to multitask critical functions and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions while meeting time-sensitive deadlines
