Key Responsibilities
  • Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to move materials and products around the manufacturing floor.
  • Material Handling: Manually lift and move 50-70lb bags, boxes, or tubs as needed.
  • Production Support: Assist in the production of batter and bread mixes, ensuring compliance with product specifications and production sheets.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to factory GMPs and internal/external standards.
  • Allergen Management: Effectively manage allergens to prevent cross-contamination and ensure isolation of allergens.
  • System 4 Operation: Operate the system 4 blending system to produce batter and bread mixes.
  • General Cleaning: Perform general cleaning and housekeeping tasks, including sweeping, vacuuming, and removing trash and waste.
Requirements
  • Forklift Experience: Must have prior experience operating a forklift.
  • Food Handling Experience: Preferred experience in food handling and production.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50-70lb bags, boxes, or tubs and stand for long periods.
