We are seeking a highly skilled Dietitian Specialist to join our team at St. Louis County, MO. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide essential nutritional services to patients and develop education programs to promote healthy lifestyles.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a patient-centered approach, and experience working in a clinical setting. A Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Nutrition or a related field is required, along with registration as a Registered Dietitian and licensure by the Missouri State Commission of Dietetics.
Responsibilities- Provide nutritional assessments and medical nutrition therapy to patients
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
- Certify qualified patients for the WIC program and provide nutrition counseling
- Develop and present nutrition education programs for patients and the community
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Nutrition or a related field
- Registration as a Registered Dietitian and licensure by the Missouri State Commission of Dietetics
- Current valid driver's license
The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,177.
