• Provide expert nursing care as an RN in post-acute care facilities
• Keep track of care options and track outcomes with other medical staff
• Work with residents and medical staff to develop care plans
• Properly set up and monitor medical equipment
• Ensure residents receive appropriate treatments and medications
• Draw bodily fluids for lab evaluation
• Review best care options with residents and family members
• Maintain staff compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
• Oversee the accurate documentation of resident histories and interventions
• Provide training and supervision of nurses and support staff
• Assist with incident investigations

• Current Connecticut state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Successful completion of approved nursing program
• 1 year of experience (RN or related role)
• Advanced organizational skills
