Position Overview

This position is part of the Product Reporting team, which is tasked with delivering comprehensive reporting on pooled fund offerings for various client segments, including retail, wholesale, and institutional clients, as well as third-party data platforms. The primary objective of this role is to ensure accurate and timely client and regulatory reporting on pooled fund products, which includes Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs), PRIIPs KIDs, and factsheets for both Retail and Professional Investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production of reports containing portfolio and share class investment data in the form of multilingual, jurisdiction-specific KIIDs, PRIIPs KIDs, and factsheets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Management of the information workflow to guarantee that reporting is completed within established deadlines.
  • Maintenance and management of static data at the portfolio and share class level to facilitate report generation.
  • Oversight of the production of factsheets and KIIDs for fund and share class launches, along with other necessary regulatory reporting updates.
  • Fostering and maintaining relationships with internal departments such as Product Development/Management, Legal, Compliance, Oversight teams, and Client Services.
  • Ensuring that information requests and reports are fulfilled within agreed timelines and meet required standards and controls.
  • Adhering to established standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Contributing to the enhancement, centralization, and standardization of information delivery processes.
  • Providing support to the Product Reporting team across all aspects of client reporting.
  • Assisting with Product Reporting initiatives, including the implementation of new PRIIPs regulations and updates to reporting applications.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial services sector, particularly in asset management and/or wealth management.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with pooled fund products, especially OEICs and SICAVs.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and take action in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of investment operations and processes, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, projects, and processes simultaneously.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Factset and Vermilion.
  • Understanding of regulations concerning UCITS KIIDs and PRIIPs KIIDs.
  • Proficiency in any European language.
