Job Overview

Cy-Pain & Spine is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Support Professional to join our team.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals in clinic offices by performing various back office and patient-related tasks.
  • Ensure smooth patient and work flow within the department.
  • Perform patient care procedures within the scope of practice, including vital sign measurements and assisting with injections.
  • Manage rooming and patient flow, including pre-visit preparation and post-visit duties.
  • Inform providers of schedule changes that impact patient flow.
  • Assist with front office activities and scheduling tasks.
  • Report test results as directed by physicians and/or management.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical Assistant/Scribe Certification or pending.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Background check and pre-employment drug screen performed.
  • Knowledge of controlled substances and schedules of narcotics.
  • Knowledge of medical insurance and terminology.
  • Ability to promote favorable facility image with patients, physicians, insurance companies, and general public.
  • Strong organizational, judgment, communication, and analytical skills; sometimes under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform multiple priorities.
  • Cooperative and professional behavior toward patients, peers, physicians, management, and visitors.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and eClinical.
