Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Proficiency in rough and finished carpentry.
- Journeyman certification in carpentry.
- Experience in drywall installation, including taping and mudding.
- Mechanical skills, particularly in plumbing (installation of water lines, toilets, drinking fountains, and sinks).
- Knowledge of concrete work.
- Basic electrical skills.

Work Schedule
