Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Guest Environment Expert to join our team at The Phoenician, a Luxury Collection Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping and laundry team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional service
  • Prepare and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Restock guest rooms with amenities and supplies
  • Perform laundry and linen duties, including washing, drying, and folding
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
  • No high school diploma or equivalent required
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
