Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide written documentation, including white papers and checklists, to support project deliverables.
  • Utilize expertise in program management to identify and resolve complex engineering, quality, or manufacturing problems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace/aircraft engineering, aerospace manufacturing, or quality engineering.
  • 5+ years of program management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform internal process surveillance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
