Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team at Sandhills Behavioral Care. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, groups, and families, and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, including session notes, progress updates, and treatment plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing clinical support to clients and their families.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Participate in peer reviews, utilization reviews, and other quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Provide crisis intervention services as needed, and maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, and apply this knowledge to improve client outcomes and services.
Requirements
  • LCSW, LCSW(A), or LCMHC, LCMHC(A) certification required.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
