Job Responsibilities
  • Perform High-Quality Diagnostic Imaging: Execute X-ray imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders, ensuring accurate results and patient safety.
  • Maintain Equipment: Ensure all imaging equipment is properly maintained and calibrated, guaranteeing optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Patient Positioning: Accurately position patients for imaging, prioritizing their comfort and safety throughout the process.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain clear and concise records of procedures, patient information, and imaging results, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality policies.
  • Patient Flow Management: Assist in managing patient flow in a busy office environment, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimal wait times.
  • Radiation Safety: Follow established safety protocols to protect patients and staff from unnecessary radiation exposure.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with medical staff and team members to provide seamless patient care, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns in a clear and compassionate manner.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area at all times, adhering to standards of professionalism and attention to detail.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Certification: Possess a valid certification as an X-Ray Technician from an accredited organization.
