Coatings QA Specialist

This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively perform QA/QC testing and provide critical support to our manufacturing processes.

1. Perform quality control testing on all products, ensuring compliance with established procedures and specifications.
2. Maintain accurate records of test methods and results, facilitating process improvements and informed decision-making.
3. Collaborate with Process Engineers to develop and refine process parameters, driving efficiency and productivity.
4. Support the implementation of new materials, products, and processes, ensuring seamless integration into our operations.
5. Develop and implement procedures to resolve specific issues, enhancing our overall quality management system.
6. Communicate and document test results and/or problems that deviate from established procedures and specifications.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.

• Hands-on skills, with the ability to work with various equipment and machinery.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems is necessary.
• Familiarity with fluoropolymer materials and process equipment is highly desirable.
