Maintenance Specialist

Diversified Maintenance is seeking a skilled General Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and customers. Your duties will include dusting, wiping, and spot cleaning all surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and wet mopping designated areas, cleaning restrooms, and restocking supplies. You will also be responsible for ensuring all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area, keeping closets clean and neat, and performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor. Responsibilities:

* Clean and maintain all surfaces, including dusting, wiping, and spot cleaning
* Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas
* Clean restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers
* Restock restroom supplies as needed
* Ensure all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area
* Keep closets clean and neat
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of experience in cleaning and maintenance
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
