Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Manchester, CT. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a motivated patient population and enjoy a range of benefits, including guaranteed pay, paid orientation, PTO, and annual pay increases.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must have one of the following independent licenses in Connecticut:

  • LCSW or LMFT or LPC
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.

Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinician with Thriveworks, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients. This will include:

  • Seeing a minimum of 15 sessions per week
  • Working collaboratively with our support team to ensure seamless client care
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and training
