Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team at Advance Housing, Inc. in Paramus, NJ. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for conducting housing inspections, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough housing inspections to identify deficiencies and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, including documentation and reports.
  • Liaise with clinical staff to obtain updates and necessary paperwork for tenants.
  • Travel throughout the northern region of New Jersey to conduct inspections and perform maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
