Mammography Technologist

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality mammography and diagnostic procedures in a timely and efficient manner.

• Perform mammography and diagnostic procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Operate and maintain radiographic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
• Provide exceptional patient care and communication, addressing concerns and answering questions in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and advancements.

• Associate's degree in Radiology or equivalent certification required.
• Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Radiologic Technologist in Mammography required.
• ARRT certification as a Mammography Technologist required; continuing education credits must meet State and Registry licensing requirements.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Two (2) years of diagnostic radiology experience and knowledge of all diagnostic procedures and radiographic equipment required.
