Job Overview

D2 Government Solutions is in search of skilled individuals for a Seasonal General Maintenance Worker position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the storage, redistribution, repair, and return of furnishings.
  • Perform essential repairs and upkeep tasks.
  • Install various equipment and appliances as needed.
  • Maintain a detailed maintenance log and compile shift reports.
  • Communicate any maintenance issues to the maintenance manager or clients promptly.
  • Utilize a range of tools, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools.
  • Respond efficiently to repair and maintenance requests.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrical work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
