Compensation

Annual Salary: $55,000 - $65,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creation and execution of digital marketing strategies to boost brand recognition and website traffic.
  • Lead the content creation team in producing engaging materials for various online platforms.
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover new marketing prospects.
  • Assist with administrative functions related to marketing projects in real estate.
  • Oversee and update agent social media profiles, ensuring regular content is shared to highlight new listings and successful transactions.
  • Accurately input New Construction listings into the MLS database to maximize visibility.
  • Implement marketing strategies for clients and agents.
  • Maintain a Marketing Calendar to schedule mailings, events, and other promotional activities.
  • Create promotional materials such as flyers and brochures for open houses and client events.
  • Coordinate the design and distribution of postcards for agent promotions and property announcements.
  • Plan and manage quarterly events, including logistics and promotional outreach.
  • Produce a monthly newsletter to keep clients informed about market developments and company news.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years in a marketing or communications position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in office administration or similar roles, showcasing strong organizational skills.
  • A creative approach with an interest in leveraging technology for marketing innovation.
  • Willingness to pursue a real estate license and engage in ongoing professional development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
