About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. As a full-time sales agent, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to buyers and sellers throughout the home-buying process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate showings for clients, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience as they explore their dream homes
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and mentorship meetings/calls to learn from the best in the industry and refine your skills
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, friends, family, and vendors to foster a strong network in the real estate industry
  • Work closely with buyers and sellers, providing expert advice and support throughout the often-stressful home-buying process
Compensation and Benefits

$100,000+ per year at plan, competitive compensation package, and benefits that make a difference in your life

Requirements
  • Hold, or actively working towards acquiring a real estate license
  • This is a full-time position
  • Must be 18 years of age, a US citizen or lawfully admitted alien, and have a high school degree or equivalent
  • Ability to work full-time, nights, and weekends
