Position Details
We are looking for skilled Cardiovascular Technologists to become part of our Cath Lab team.
The ideal candidate will support Interventional Cardiologists in conducting diagnostic and percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), primarily focusing on monitoring hemodynamics using the Philips Xper Hemodynamic System and documenting case specifics.
The Cardiovascular Technologist will also be trained to assist physicians during Cardiac Catheterization procedures in a scrub role. On-call duties are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization and oversee their condition throughout the procedure.
- Assist the physician during examinations and monitor patient positioning.
- On-call duties are necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Graduate of an accredited program in Radiology, Cardiovascular, or Respiratory care.
- RCVT or equivalent preferred; registry-eligible candidates are acceptable.
- BLS/AED/ACLS certification is mandatory and must be obtained from the American Heart Association; online programs from any organization are not acceptable.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is USD $57.25 per year. Please note that this figure does not encompass any differential pay or additional compensation that may apply to this role, nor does it reflect the value of benefits.
