We are in search of a polished, approachable professional who thrives in team-oriented settings and takes pride in their profession. While being bilingual and having Board Certification are pluses, they are not essential.
This role offers part-time hours with no Sunday or evening shifts. A good sense of humor is crucial as we engage closely with our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and tailored care to patients
- Guide patients in choosing eyewear that aligns with their preferences and requirements
- Interpret prescriptions from optometrists and ophthalmologists
- Conduct fittings, adjustments, and repairs of eyewear
- Maintain precise patient records and manage inventory
Qualifications:
- Florida Optician License (Required)
- Minimum of an Associate Degree
- At least 1 year of experience in the field of Opticianry
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
