Job Description
Sysco is a leading provider of foodservice distribution solutions, serving customers across North America. We are currently seeking a dedicated Facility Custodian and Sanitarian to join our team in a dynamic warehouse environment.

About the Role
This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our warehouse facility. The successful candidate will be required to work independently with minimal supervision and have strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Perform all custodial duties throughout the facility, including dusting, sweeping, washing, wiping, scrubbing, shoveling, and mopping.
- Maintain sanitary conditions by collecting and disposing of trash or debris daily and cleaning up spills.
- Clean cooler and cooler floor sweeps and mop coolers, dry warehouse areas, aisles, and equipment mezzanines.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- 1 year of warehouse-related experience and/or training required.
- Must be 18 years old and able to read and comprehend simple instructions.

Work Environment
The job is primarily performed in a warehouse environment, with regular exposure to fast-moving material handling equipment and occasional exposure to wet and humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
