Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
2. Develop detailed project plans to communicate with clients and team members.
3. Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for seamless project execution.
4. Implement verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
5. Assess project performance using relevant systems, tools, and methodologies.
6. Provide updates and escalate issues to management as necessary.
7. Create and maintain thorough project documentation, including construction documents.
8. Foster and maintain relationships with external vendors.
9. Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for project design and planning.
10. Maintain effective communication with clients, offering regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or dining projects.
2. At least 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the Architecture sector.
3. Demonstrated experience in Architectural Project Coordination and Construction Documentation.
4. Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD software.
5. Strong client-facing and internal communication abilities.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
8. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
