Position Highlights

- Eligibility for a faculty appointment at the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.

- Shared on-call duties among a team of seven physicians.
- Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities with Southern Ocean Medical Center serving as the inpatient facility, along with rotational coverage at other hospitals during weekends and an outpatient office in Forked River, NJ.
- The outpatient facilities are equipped with extensive pulmonary function testing capabilities.
- The Sleep Lab at Southern Ocean University Medical Center provides advanced diagnostic resources to improve the management of sleep disorders.
Candidate Requirements
- M.D./D.O. degree from an accredited Medical or Osteopathic School.
- The ideal candidate should possess Board Certification or Board Eligibility in pulmonary and critical care, with Sleep medicine BC/BE being optional.
- Possession of a New Jersey Medical License.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
