Overview

Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, implementing respiratory care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients to receive, review, interpret, and administer prescribing orders regarding respiratory and cardiopulmonary treatments and tests
• Accurately document patient assessment, interventions, and progress in the electronic medical record, as well as submit charges in a timely manner
• Implement and update policies and procedures, maintenance of quality assurance reports and records, and maintenance of equipment and ordering of supplies

Requirements
• Associate's degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy or related field
• Active license in the state of practice upon hire and Certification/Registration by National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) upon hire
• 1-3 years of experience preferred but not required
