Culinary Expert

At The Union Social, we are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food that meets our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare all line-cooked food according to company specifications, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Participate in menu development and implementation, contributing to the culinary excellence of our dishes.

Requirements:

• A minimum of one year of experience as a Line Cook or equivalent position.
• High school diploma or equivalent; basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
• Prioritization of physical stamina and ability to lift up to 75 pounds, maintaining flexibility and mobility throughout shifts.
