Job Overview

We are seeking an individual with excellent time management skills and a passion for creating mouth-watering dishes in a state-of-the-art kitchen. As a member of our Back-of-House team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding food products to our dine-in and to-go customers.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare ingredients according to prep/par sheets and Hat Creek's standard operating procedures.
  • Cook, assemble, and package orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow portion control procedures, record food waste, and maintain proper holding and storage of all food items.
  • Work safely and sanitarily, adhering to local and state regulations.
  • Unpack and store incoming inventory, ensure cleanliness of your cooking area, and report any kitchen equipment malfunctions.
Requirements
  • You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with various equipment, including ovens, stoves, walk-in coolers/freezers, and knives.
  • Prolonged standing is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Work Details
  • This position can be full-time or part-time.
  • The restaurant operates Monday to Sunday.
