Customer Service Representative

Foster Blue Water Oil is in search of a dedicated, intelligent, and hardworking Customer Service Representative to enhance our expanding workforce. This role offers the flexibility of full-time employment at our Lapeer Bulk Plant office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit professionalism while managing customer inquiries regarding enrollments, cancellations, problem resolutions, and complaints.
  • Provide assistance to customers at the service counter.
  • Handle cylinder filling (reimbursement provided for each tank filled).
  • Process customer orders efficiently.
  • Record daily payments in the computer system.
  • Reconcile daily financial deposits.
  • Organize and scan documents as necessary.
  • Welcome visitors, including customers and delivery personnel.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Director or Office Manager when required.
