Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Import Clerk to join our team at Cascade Innovations. As an Import Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth importation of goods throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate import activities for container deliveries across Europe
  • Organize goods pick-up and monitor shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery
  • Request and document freight rates and capacities to optimize logistics
  • Contract and monitor freight transports to ensure efficient delivery
  • Prepare and send receipts and delivery notes to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship in forwarding, wholesale, and foreign trade, or similar field
  • Experience as an import clerk or in a related role
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with merchandise management systems
  • Fluent in German and English
