Career Opportunity Development is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Caseworker to join our team.

As a Residential Caseworker, you will contribute to developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized rehabilitation plans. You will perform therapeutic rehabilitative skill development and provide services tailored to meet the needs of our consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Allocate the majority of working hours towards face-to-face contact with assigned consumers.

* Develop comprehensive service plans that identify specific goals consistent with the consumer's wellness and recovery and the agency's mission.

* Work cooperatively with other social service agencies, health providers, and mental health providers to deliver quality services through a collaborative treatment approach.

* Transport consumers as needed.

* Document service contacts, service plans, and service coordination activities on a web-based documentation system.

Requirements:

* A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other human services-related degree is required.

* Valid non-provisional NJ Drivers License with not more than 5 points required.

* A minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with a mental illness in a residential setting is required.

* Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

* Must be able to pass a drug test, including non-use of marijuana.

* Must provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or documented religious or medical exemption to apply.
