**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide efficient, accurate, and high-quality service while maintaining good customer relations both internally and externally
* Monitor queues, make appropriate general ledger entries, and maintain accurate electronic files for incoming and outgoing funds transfers
* Complete necessary documents for all wire transfers to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
* Originate, verify, and repair domestic, international, and Treasury Management wire transfers on wire system
* Communicate with banking offices to secure proper approvals for wire policy exceptions, overdraft, and out of balance account conditions
* Review wire agreements and perform call back verifications to customers when required
* Provide foreign currency rates to branches, place foreign currency orders
* Investigate, close, and provide error resolution on Consumer International Dodd/Frank transactions
* Balance wire outages on clearing general ledgers each morning and balance against the Fed each evening
* Index Wire Agreements in Director
* Submit Wire Recalls and track progress of returns
* Research inbound transactions to update SWIFT payment tracker
* File SAR referrals and update BSA/SAR Manager on fraudulent wire investigations
**Requirements:**
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Associate Degree preferred, but not required
* Minimum of 1-2 years' work experience in a financial institution or related field preferred
* Ability to work in a dynamic, high monetary risk operations environment governed by established deadlines and regulatory requirements
* Demonstrates an understanding of applicable federal and state banking regulations, as well as, bank policies and procedures
* Possess the ability to understand computer functions and navigate web-based programs
* Possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* The ability to converse clearly and concisely with verbal and written communications
* Must be accurate, detail-oriented, and have the ability to focus on repetitive tasks
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office equipment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Must be a team player, working with multiple department members
* Possess a team spirit, willing to assist others and cross-train on all functions within the department
* Participate and complete all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering training, as well as internal and external training programs, online training, meetings, and seminars/conferences, etc.
**Work Environment:**
This position is located in the On-Site Blairsville Operations and requires up to 5% travel. The position is a full-time position that may require schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
