We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Slot Attendant to join our team at Penn National Gaming. As a Slot Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our slot machines and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

• Verify jackpots and accurately complete necessary paperwork
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve minor customer disputes in a professional and courteous manner
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to slot machines to ensure optimal performance
• Ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees by following company protocols and procedures
• Utilize various tools and equipment, including screwdrivers and hand-held radios, to perform job duties

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
