Key Responsibilities:- Perform sterile compounding according to company policy and regulations, including USP 797 and USP 800.
- Maintain competency related to performing sterile compounding and participate in ongoing training and development.
- Participate in medication management for pharmacy compounding, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining medications and supplies.
- Troubleshoot equipment, hardware, and software issues related to compounding.
- Participate in completing and documenting all cleaning and monitoring activities for areas related to sterile compounding.
- Work collaboratively with the team to triage and respond to all compounding needs promptly.
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Florida.
- 1+ years of consistent sterile compounding experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm weekdays with rotating weekends).
- Ability to work independently to solve high-stakes problems.
- Certified Compounded Sterile Preparations Technician (CSPT) certification.
- Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification.
