Animal Behaviorist

Ruffin Inn Inc. is a leading provider of pet care services, including boarding, grooming, and training. We are seeking a skilled Animal Behaviorist to join our team and develop and implement training programs that promote positive relationships between dogs and their owners.

The successful candidate will have experience in assessing and addressing behavioral issues, providing solutions and techniques for effective training. They will also be able to collaborate with pet owners to ensure they understand and can apply training techniques at home.

This is a part-time opportunity with the potential to grow into a full-time role as our training business expands. We offer a competitive salary based on experience and performance, ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customized training plans for dogs of all breeds and behavior levels.
• Conduct individual and group training sessions, both on-site and potentially in clients' homes.
• Assess and address behavioral issues, providing solutions and techniques for effective training.
• Collaborate with pet owners to ensure they understand and can apply training techniques at home.
