Street Appearance Ambassador

Clean Environment Specialist is an exciting role at SMS Holdings where you will play a vital part in keeping our service district clean and inviting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for manual litter collection, observing and reporting unwanted behaviors, and providing exceptional customer service to visitors.
Main Job Functions:
* Litter Removal: Identify and remove litter, fast food bags, cups, containers, cigarette butts, and other debris from sidewalks, street gutters, and alleys. Remove weeds, graffiti, and posters from public infrastructure.* Observation and Reporting: Monitor the area for suspicious activities and report incidents to Safety Ambassadors via two-way radios. Provide clear descriptions of individuals, vehicles, and other relevant information.* Customer Service: Engage with pedestrians, offer directions, and provide recommendations to visitors. Foster a positive and professional environment, adhering to applicable laws and Block by Block standards.
Requirements:
* Physical ability to walk continuously during an 8-hour shift* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions* English language proficiency for report creation
