This individual will work closely with commercial loan officers, underwriters, and clients to facilitate the loan approval process efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Review loan applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Verify applicant information, including credit history, income documentation, and collateral details.
  • Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and members to gather any additional information or documentation as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the loan processing stage.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan files and records, assist management with loan file reviews/audits.
  • Work proactively to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the loan approval process.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience as a Loan Processor or similar role in a commercial lending environment.
  • Knowledge of commercial loan processing procedures, regulations, and documentation requirements.
  • Familiarity with loan origination software and financial analysis tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
