Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hospitality Coordinator to join our team at Church of the King. The successful candidate will provide exceptional guest services, manage hospitality logistics, and maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide a comfortable and inviting environment for all Church of the King guests, including coordinating hospitality arrangements and ensuring seamless execution of events.
  • Logistics Management: Secure reservations, arrange transportation, and manage catering and food presentation for incoming guests.
  • Supply Management: Maintain kitchen and office supplies for the Administrative Building, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Administrative Support: Perform multifaceted general office support, including assisting with meeting preparations and day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a hospitality field
  • Physical Demands: Ability to bend, reach, and lift boxes and office supplies up to 30 lbs.
  • Transportation: Reliable vehicle required to fulfill the duties of this role.

  • Spiritual Life: Must live a life of integrity and purity, with a vital and growing relationship with Christ.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, Trello, Evernote, and Microsoft Office Suite.
