We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist and Center Manager to lead our outpatient orthopedic center in Casa Grande, AZ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and managing the center's operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assume leadership of the center and make executive decisions to drive business growth and patient outcomes.
- Maintain a culture of excellence and quality in patient care and leadership duties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Act as a business owner to grow and manage the center's physician relationships and patient portfolios.
- Build and maintain a team of talented Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants.
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
- Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration required.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts.
