  • Maintain knowledge of food safety and handling procedures, adhering to recipes, piece controls, and presentation specifications set by the Chef de Cuisine.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a cordial work environment.
  • Substantial knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
