Job Title: CT Technologist

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CT Technologist to operate CT equipment, produce high-quality images, and assist radiologists with imaging procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue.
  • Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary.
  • Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, including starting IVs and injecting contrast media.
  • Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and collate processed images in sequence of exposure.
  • Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical functions.
  • Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Eighteen months prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT Technologist.
  • Must be ARRT (CT) or ASRT certified.
  • Most states require licensure.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
