Maintenance Director

Complete Care at Madison is a long-term care facility that provides quality care to our residents. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Director to join our team.

Maintenance Director Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for the facility.
• Supervise and manage the maintenance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure the maintenance of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and services.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including procurement of supplies and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Maintenance Director Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Director or similar role in a healthcare or long-term care facility.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
