Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at Full Spectrum Search Group. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for conducting warm and cold calls to healthcare facilities and individual prospects, proactively seeking out prospective candidates, and creating and implementing outreach sequences to connect with prospective candidates and clients.

About the Role

  • Conduct daily calls to healthcare facilities and individual prospects to identify potential candidates and build relationships.
  • Proactively seek out prospective candidates and grow the company's database.
  • Create and implement outreach sequences to connect with prospective candidates and clients.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with your respective corner of the long-term healthcare market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years experience in administration, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent skills in communication, problem-solving, and organization.
