About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our medical team at a correctional facility in South Carolina. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our inmates.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will perform health screenings and physical examinations, triage and assess patient needs, and administer medications as directed by medical staff. You will also serve as a first responder in emergency situations and perform other general nursing duties such as cardiac monitoring and wound care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited educational institution with a diploma or degree in nursing
  • Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing
  • At least one year of relevant nursing experience
