Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at our outpatient dialysis center. As a Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure stats, and set up dialysis machines.
  • Support patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) may be helpful but not required.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification may be beneficial.
